Once we have valued your property and you decide to place it on the market, we will endeavour either to find a purchaser as soon as possible or to find a client that fits in with your timescale requirements. The manner in which we achieve this is by:
Each office will take one page of advertising in the local press each week. This means that your property will be advertised for two weeks running as a new instruction, then every 2/3 weeks on a rota basis. This is more advertising than any other estate agent in the area.
Staff at each office are local and because of this know the area well. They are therefore able to advise on local schooling and facilities for clients from outside the area.
Most of the offices are open seven days a week, Monday to Friday 9.OOam to 6.3Opm, Saturday 9.OOam to 5.OOpm and Sunday 1O.3Oam to 4.OOpm. Clients from out of the area tend to view Saturdays and Sundays, so it is important to be open in order to service these clients and our vendors.
At The Property Centre we can offer the facility of multi-office marketing from any of our six offices. This means that if a client registers in any of our offices, they will be informed about your property.
A 'For Sale' board will be erected on your property and this will provide you with 24 hours' free marketing. Think of the many times that you may have driven around particular areas looking out for new 'For Sale' boards that have been erected and then inquiring as to the price or the accommodation it provides. It really does work!
We will try to accompany all prospective purchasers on viewings as and when possible, to enable us to understand their needs and requirements and speed up the buying process.
After a viewing we will contact the prospective purchaser to ascertain their interest in your property and provide you with any comments they may have. This can provide us with direction as to whether anything can be done to speed up the selling process.
A computerised mailing list, which includes a text message and e-mail facility, is installed at all six offices and enables every suitable buyer on our system to receive your property details as well as regular telephone calls from a member of the sales team to see if any of their requirements have changed. A separate Mortgage Centre is on site to provide both vendors and purchasers with the up-to-date rates currently available on the market. This system is updated daily so if a new rate comes onto the market, our advisers are aware and are able to advise on the product. This system ensures that the best deal is found for you.

We operate on a 'No sale, No fee' basis so if we don’t sell your property, you don’t pay us a penny.
With the service we offer and Competive Fees for Sole Agency we believe there really is no other reason to go anywhere else. If you can think of a reason, we are happy to discuss this with you.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Please note, we do not normally charge fees for mortgage advice. However, a purely fee-based option is available of typically 1.5% of the mortgage amount although this will depend upon the individual circumstances of the customer.
