Company History

The Property Centre was launched in June 1997. The first office to open was Tuffley which was quickly followed by Quedgeley 8 months later.

In 1999 both Longlevens and Gloucester City opened enabling the Company to cover the whole of Gloucester.

The decision was then taken in 2000 to expand further into a different county and Worcester office opened in June of that year.

Stroud office is the most recent to open in August 2004 making The Property Centre a household name in these key locations.

Company Directors


Steve Jones Director has worked in the estate agency industry for 14 years working for a large corporate firm before setting up The Property Centre with fellow director, Stuart Nash in June 1997. He now oversees the estate agency branch network and all operational issues of the business.	Stuart Nash Director has worked for a number of agents spanning some 20 years before setting up The Property Centre with fellow director, Steve Jones in June 1997. He is responsible for the New Homes and Survey operations and all operational issues of the business.	Leon Broady Director joined the company from Legal & General where he held the position of Regional Manager, and has over 20 years financial services experience. He oversees the company’s financial services channel and all operational issues of the business.
