Company History

The Property Centre was launched in June 1997 by the two Directors, Stuart Nash and Steve Jones, with the opening of the Tuffley office.

The company philosopy of providing an excellent customer service going above and beyond it's competitors meant that within an 8 month period, the company was able to open its second office in Quedgeley. Since then the company has continued to expand with a total of six Estate Agency offices in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, a survey operation that covers the Southwest region from South Wales across to the Midlands and as far south as Devon and Cornwall.

In 2005 Steve and Stuart were joined by fellow Director, Leon Broady to further expand its Financial Services operation, this has continued at some pace and now has in excess of twenty Mortgage Advisors again covering the Southwest region from the Midlands down to Devon and Cornwall.

Most recently in 2009 the company expanded into the Lettings market and has mirrored it's Estate Agency operation in coverage and customer service to landlords and tenants alike.

Churchdown office is the most recent to open in September 2010 making The Property Centre a household name in these key locations.

Steve Jones
Director

has worked in the estate agency industry for 14 years working for a large corporate firm before setting up The Property Centre with fellow director,
Stuart Nash in June 1997. He is responsible for the New Homes and the Estate Agency Branch network as well as all operational issues of the business.

Stuart Nash
Director

has worked for a number of agents spanning some 20 years before setting up The Property Centre with fellow director, Steve Jones in June 1997. He is responsible for the Lettings Branch network, Survey department, financial operations and all other operational issues of the business.

Leon Broady
Director

joined the company from Legal & General where he held the position of Regional Manager, and has over 20 years financial services experience. He oversees the company’s financial services channel
and all operational issues of the business.
