Oliver Davis The Property Centre Cheltenham

Oliver Davis

Senior Branch Manager | Cheltenham

With almost 10 years of experience in Estate Agency, Oliver joined The Property Centre in 2013, working his way up from Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator, through several promotions to become Senior Branch Manager in our Cheltenham office.

Having worked in Cheltenham for many years, Oliver has an in-depth knowledge of the area and community, which he shares with his successful team.

As a leading local estate agent and property expert, he has extensive experience in valuing residential properties of all kinds, and prides himself on achieving the best possible price for sellers and landlords alike.

Coupled with his personal knowledge of the area, this expertise in the Cheltenham property market makes Oliver perfectly placed to help homebuyers find their dream home too. He listens and understands the needs and requirements of his buyers and tenants and works hard to find them their ideal home.

Outside of work

In his spare time, Oliver is a keen sports fan, enjoying playing 5-a-side football with his local team and supporting Man Utd. Additionally, Oliver enjoys the buzz of attending Cheltenham’s events and restaurants with his wife, exploring the Cotswold villages of Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, and taking his dogs on country walks.

As a dog lover, Oliver regularly donates to the Cheltenham Animal Shelter. The charity is close to his heart as his dog Ted was rescued from the shelter.

A great place to call home

“Cheltenham is a great place to live because it has excellent local schools, and an outstanding array of social events. The town hosts many festivals, including the food festival, jazz festival and literature festival, as well as many events at the town hall and theatre. Cheltenham racecourse is also hugely important to the area throughout the year, especially during the famous race week in March.” explains Oliver. “Having a league two football team brings the football community to the town alongside having Gloucester Rugby just a 15 minute drive away. Cheltenham train station in the heart of the town allows easy access to the rest of the country and the wider area includes outstanding areas of natural beauty including walks, lakes and parks.”

“As first-time buyers, we were quite anxious about the 'unknown' and Oliver was fantastic in communicating everything so clearly and putting us at ease. We are over the moon with the service and how supportive he was - thank you for making it such a smooth process. Should we ever want to sell in the future, we will absolutely be reaching out to The Property Centre.”

F. Sheldon, Cheltenham Homebuyer

“We had a great time selling through The Property Centre. The photos, tour and brochure showed off the property to its full potential and we sold it on the first day of viewings! What more can you ask for?”
