As a Company we invest a significant amount in training and developing our staff. Courses are run by external property industry experts and cover topics as wide ranging as how to take the perfect photo to delivering the best customer experience.

Career Progression

We strongly support our staff’s personal development and ambition is fully encouraged, with plenty of opportunities for career progression within the Company. Indeed, many of our employees joined The Property Centre in junior positions and have subsequently enjoyed promotion to senior roles, including several of our Branch Managers, who started with us as Sales and Lettings Negotiators.

Shared Values

Since 2015 we've raised over £22,000 for local good causes and we decided to mark our 20th Anniversary in 2017 by doing 20 things to support local charities. Events included a 5km inflatable fun run, a 60 mile bike ride, running the Paris and Cheltenham Half Marathons and completing the 100km Cotswold Way Challenge. 2018 has seen further challenges, the London Marathon being the most iconic, with more activities planned throughout the year.
