Please read the following terms and conditions before entering any of The Property Centre's competitions.

These terms and conditions shall apply to all competitions published on The Property Centre’s (and, where applicable, on The Property Centre’s social media pages) and your entry will be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions specified here.

No purchase is necessary to enter any competitions and prizes are as stated only and no cash alternatives will be given. Competitions are open to all UK residents (over the age of 18 in alcohol or travel-related competitions, or in other cases as stated) except employees of the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents or anyone directly connected with the competition.

Only one entry is permitted per person. No bulk or third-party entries are permitted. Where stated in the competition copy with a relevant hyperlink, multiple entries may also be accepted across The Property Centre’s social media pages. Competition entries must be completed accurately, and The Property Centre reserves the right not to accept the entry if it is completed incorrectly.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or mislaid. The Property Centre has the full and free right to alter arrangements or prizes should circumstances change and to terminate a competition before the specified closing date. All entries and copyright in competition entries automatically become the property of The Property Centre upon entering a competition and all entrants to competitions agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise.

To the extent permitted by law, The Property Centre excludes all liability for any loss in connection with competitions. The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated for each individual competition. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by telephone, email or through social messaging/notifications within 28 days of the closing date.

These competition terms and conditions are effective as of 1 January 2021. The Property Centre reserves the right to change these competition terms and conditions at any time. You should periodically revisit these competition terms and conditions to be sure that you are familiar with the current policy.
