Full Time Mortgage Adviser
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) works with The Property Centre to offer expert mortgage and protection advice, both face-to-face and over the phone. We're excited to expand our team and are seeking a Mortgage Adviser to become part of our success.
Join our award-winning Estate Agency with 10 offices across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. This role is full-time and based in Gloucester, with guaranteed high-quality appointments booked by our busy branch teams .
Trainee Mortgage Adviser
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Based at our Head Office in Quedgeley, we are excited to be expanding our team and are looking to recruit a Trainee Mortgage Adviser.
The successful candidate will spend 12–18 months supporting our existing advisers while developing their knowledge and skills under the guidance of our Mortgage Progression Manager. Following this period, they will have the opportunity to attend the Network Academy and progress into a full-time Mortgage Adviser role.
Applicants must hold, as a minimum, a CeMAP 1 qualification. However, candidates who have completed the full CeMAP qualification will be at an advantage.
Sunday Viewing Assistant
Salary: £12.75 per hour, plus commission
We're excited to be expanding our Worcester team on Tolladine Road with the addition of a new Sunday Viewings Assistant.
Full training and support will be provided by our award-winning team. The main responsibility of this role is to conduct property viewings for prospective buyers, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
If you have exceptional customer service skills, excellent time management and are computer literate, this could be the perfect role for you.
Trainee Negotiator
Salary: Competitive starting salary for the initial 9-month training period
An exciting opportunity to join our successful team at our Tuffley office as a Full Time Trainee Negotiator.
We're looking for a motivated, professional and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic who is keen to start and develop a rewarding career in the property industry. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into estate agency.
