Awarded Best Estate Agent Office in the UK For The Second Consecutive Year

The Property Centre’s Cheltenham office has been awarded Best Estate Agent Office In The UK at the ESTAS Awards 2025 for the second consecutive year - the first office to have achieved this in the history of the ESTAS.

It was a record year all round for The Property Centre team, who came away with an incredible 10 awards in recognition of their outstanding customer service given by their offices in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, and Worcester. The awards included Best In County for Gloucestershire, Best in County for Worcestershire, as well as Gold awards for Best Estate Agent in both the Southern and West Midland Regions and Best Regional Estate Agency Group in the Southern Region overall.

Further accolades included a People’s Award for Lorna Mills, a Bronze Award for The Property Centre’s Abbeymead branch in the Southern Region, Bronze for their St John’s office in the West Midlands Region, whilst the Company took Bronze for Best Regional Estate Agency Group in whole of the UK.

The ESTAS Awards, which marked its 22nd anniversary this year, honours the best agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers in the UK. The top prizes are awarded based on the service ratings estate agents achieved via customer reviews submitted to the ESTAS platform.

Home buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants give reviews at the end of their moving experience and ESTAS monitors service ratings over 12 months giving a highly accurate overview of the standard of service that has been delivered to an agent’s customers.

Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 addressed the live audience on Friday, “What makes these awards so special is simple: they’re based entirely on customer feedback. Real voices. Real experiences. That’s why they carry so much weight. These aren’t just trophies, they’re symbols of trust.”

ESTAS strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine and the shortlist for this year’s awards was calculated following the evaluation of hundreds of thousands of customer review ratings.
