The Property Centre 2025: Our Year In Review

We would like to thank both our team, and all of our clients, as we look back and celebrate our most successful year yet.

One thing is clear - 2025 was a real team effort. Across our brilliant branches, our hard-working Property Management team, our dedicated in-branch Mortgage Advisers and our fantastic Sales & Mortgage Progression teams, the exceptional service they’ve all given to our clients has resulted in some incredible achievements.

We continue to be the Top-Selling Agent in both Gloucestershire and Worcester. The number of properties we listed and sold was not only higher than ever before, but we sold 83% of properties we listed, 10% higher than the average in our areas. Better still, 97% of those properties we listed achieved the initial listing price, and on average we sold 13 days faster than the next leading agents.

2025 also saw our in-branch MAB mortgage advisers arrange almost £200 million worth of lending for home buyers and those who were looking to remortgage.

This year, several members of the team were promoted to Senior Management positions. We were delighted to promote 2 team members to Branch Manager positions; Craig Timbrell in Abbeymead and Daniel Turpin in Worcester, with a further 2 Branch Managers promoted to the role of Branch Director; Jamie Dyer in Stroud and Luke Shearman in Tuffley. We also appointed a new Head of Property Management, Jodie Riddel based in Head Office.

Partnering with Mortgage Advice Bureau, 2025 also saw the introduction of a Mortgage Broker Academy, through which we've already seen 2 trainees graduate into their new positions of Mortgage and Protection Advisers.

Making history, our Cheltenham office was rated the Best Estate Agent Office in UK for the 2nd consecutive year at the ESTAS – something that’s never been achieved before - as well as Gold for Best Estate Agent in both Gloucestershire and Worcestershire at the ESTAS 2025 and our offices were named Best in Postcode in GL1, GL4, GL5, GL51, WR2 and WR4

To top it off, we went on to win Gold for Best Estate Agent in West Midlands & Silver for the South West at the Negotiator Awards, held in November 2025.

Customer care is centric to our business, In total, we’re incredibly proud to have received over 1,300 reviews from happy vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants this year, all thanks to the amazing service given by our committed teams.
