When you're looking to buy a home, it's important not just to have information on a property, but to know what's close by. Our website gives you that info - showing schools & their Ofsted reports, local transportation links, shops, broadband availability, mobile speeds and price trends — everything you need to know about an area before you buy there.

At the bottom of every property listing you'll see "What's Nearby?" which use a system known as Locrating to get you the latest information on that areas key qualities. We highly recommend you check this before you decide on your next home as this could make or break your decision.

TRANSPORT will give you the closest transportation links to that property, including the closest train stations.

SCHOOLS, as shown above, gives you the name, distance and rating of the school, with more detail once a school is selected. 

AMENITIES shows food & drink, healthcare, leisure, shopping and attractions, with each business' name and Google link at a minimum. This not only gives you peace of mind that the property is close to great amenities, but makes it easy to get details on those individual businesses too 

BROADBAND & MOBILE PHONE displays the performance and speed of those services offered by the various providers in the area.  

ENVIRONMENT tells you everything you'd need to know, from flood risk to road, rail and air noise. 

PRICE TRENDS - shown for properties in the area you're looking at over the last 5 years, separated into key house styles for easy reading. If you're an aspiring landlord, it even tells you average rental prices.
