Matching last year’s record-breaking results, we came away with an incredible 10 awards at the ESTAS Awards 2026.
Awards From The ESTAS Awards 2026
Recognising the outstanding customer service delivered by our offices in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Worcester. We took Gold for Best Regional Group in the UK. As well as Best in County for both Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.
Other awards included the Gold, Silver and Bronze for Best Estate Agency Group in the Southern Region for our Cheltenham, Tuffley and Abbeymead offices respectively. The ESTAS also named us the Best Estate Agency Group by Region in the Southern Region.
In the West Midlands, our Worcester office received the Gold award for Best Estate Agency Group in West Midlands, with our St John’s office took Silver in that category.
For its work with the Relocation Agent Network, our Cheltenham office was named RAN Agent of the Year 2026.

What Are The ESTAS Awards?
The ESTAS Awards has honoured the best estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers in the UK since 2003. The top accolades are awarded according to the service ratings that estate agents achieve through real customer reviews submitted to the ESTAS platform.
Homebuyers, sellers, landlords and tenants leave reviews at the end of their move. The ESTAS monitors the ratings over 12 months, giving a reliable picture of the standard of service delivered to an agent’s customers.
Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003, addressed the live audience on Friday.
“ESTAS Awards are so unique. There are no judging panels, no polished submissions, no mystery shops. Just real people, giving real feedback, at the end of real transactions. It’s as pure as any awards can be.”
His words echoed those of Simon Brown, Founder of The ESTAS who said,
“In a world increasingly obsessed with artificial intelligence and algorithms, it’s easy to forget that the property industry is, and always will be, a people business. Technology may help us streamline processes, crunch data, and even predict the market, but it can’t replace empathy, trust, or the human touch that defines our profession which is what The ESTAS Awards are all about.”
The ESTAS strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine. The shortlist for this year’s awards was calculated following the evaluation of hundreds of thousands of customer review ratings.
The regional and national winners were announced last Friday during the prestigious annual ceremony at Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane. The awards were presented by Phil Spencer, in front of more than 1,200 of the UK's top property professionals.
