Luke Shearman
With over 10 years of experience in Estate Agency, Luke joined The Property Centre in 2014, working his way up from Sales and Lettings Negotiator, through several promotions to become the Branch Manager of our Tuffley office.
Having lived in Tuffley for many years, Luke has an in-depth knowledge of the Gloucester area and community, which he shares with his successful team.
As a leading local estate agent and property expert, he has extensive experience in valuing residential properties of all kinds and prides himself on achieving the best possible price for sellers and landlords alike.
Coupled with his personal knowledge of the area, this expertise in the Gloucester property market makes Luke perfectly placed to help homebuyers find their dream home too. He listens to and understands the needs and requirements of his buyers and tenants and works hard to find them their ideal homes.
Outside of work
In his spare time, Luke enjoys long walks on the popular Robinswood Hill with his family and dog. He’s a keen gardener and is working towards becoming self-sufficient. He also uses his previous experience as a self-employed plumber to renovate their family home. In the evenings, Luke can either be found playing skittles with his local team or watching a good boxset.
Luke is a key member of our Charity Fundraising team, completing the National Three Peaks Challenge and the Cotswold Way challenge walks for the local charity National Star.
