They were very quick to react and quite straightforward in what they said and did. Staff were so helpful and polite even when they did not have an answer, they always knew where to find one. A very pleasant experience.
Overall a very good experience. The development team ensured everything ran smoothly, and they provided that stepping stone between two solicitors. Weekly updates were great. The only reason this is not a 5 star is due to the slightly pushy estate agent who encouraged us to raise our offer, even through the seller has since said that wasn't needed.
Apart from him, everything else has been a pleasure!

Very quick to react with their communication. Bent over backwards on a whole load of details relating to the sale of our apartment, and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of feedback and statistics on viewings etc, but you never feel under pressure to alter the price just to get a sale asap. Everything is led by the wishes of the client. Staff throughout were kind, helpful and thoughtful.

She's an absolute diamond. Would always recommend the Propert Centre - Worcester after this selling experience.

Property centre + James = outstanding
I can’t fault property centre in the slightest. The service we received whilst buying our first home was nothing short of first class. There were the obvious hick ups and delays but that is usually the case when buying and was not the fault of the guys at the property centre. I had lots of dealings with James he was simply superb! Knew everything that was going on, had answers and was honest. Even when I may have let my frustration at being delayed get the better of me he was calm, empathetic and walked me through what would be required or what would likely happen next. He was a credit to his company throughout the process. I recommend that he is sat down, told how brilliant he is at his job and brought a bottle of his favourite drink as a well done.
Buying a first house is meant to be scary and a minefield of the unknown but thanks to James and the rest of the staff at the property centre it felt easy. Weekly updates meant that it was easy to keep track of things and felt up to date. The emphasis on service was impressive.
I can’t thank you guys enough and will ensure that I use you again if we ever feel the need to move on.
