Very quick to react with their communication. Bent over backwards on a whole load of details relating to the sale of our apartment, and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of feedback and statistics on viewings etc, but you never feel under pressure to alter the price just to get a sale asap. Everything is led by the wishes of the client. Staff throughout were kind, helpful and thoughtful.

She's an absolute diamond. Would always recommend the Propert Centre - Worcester after this selling experience.

Property centre + James = outstanding
I can’t fault property centre in the slightest. The service we received whilst buying our first home was nothing short of first class. There were the obvious hick ups and delays but that is usually the case when buying and was not the fault of the guys at the property centre. I had lots of dealings with James he was simply superb! Knew everything that was going on, had answers and was honest. Even when I may have let my frustration at being delayed get the better of me he was calm, empathetic and walked me through what would be required or what would likely happen next. He was a credit to his company throughout the process. I recommend that he is sat down, told how brilliant he is at his job and brought a bottle of his favourite drink as a well done.
Buying a first house is meant to be scary and a minefield of the unknown but thanks to James and the rest of the staff at the property centre it felt easy. Weekly updates meant that it was easy to keep track of things and felt up to date. The emphasis on service was impressive.
I can’t thank you guys enough and will ensure that I use you again if we ever feel the need to move on.
P.S please forward this on to as high up your hierarchy as possible. Good work and reward often goes unnoticed I don’t want this to be the case.

The whole experience and services with The Property Centre was excellent right from the start. We did look at the online only Estate agents as there is a cost saving, however The Property Centre were well worth the extra money. Barney and the team were amazing support throughout the whole process. They were always on the end of the phone if we needed anything and really helped during the final stages of exchange where they were able to chase everything up when we were at work. They were professional, supportive and clearly have great expertise selling houses in the area. We would highly recommend them!
